Ongoing Dispute In Spratly Island Between China And Philippines: Where Chinese Fishermen Destroy The Coral Reefs

BBC newscaster Rupert Wingfield-Hayes went to Spratly Islands in the South China Sea which he found Chinese fishermen taking away the clams and destroying the corals. Under the Chinese Protection Navy poachers are plundering the reefs. They strip the oceans corals and precious giant clams.

The dispute between China and Philippines is an ongoing territorial battle between other countries like Brunei, Vietnam, Malaysia and Taiwan concerning the ownership of the Spratly Islands. The islands are rich in marine treasures. the dispute is characterized by diplomatic and employment of low-level military pressure techniques in the advancement of national territorial claims. The fishermen don’t care if they shattered the whole area just to get something to make a money.
